Over the past 20 years, Lone Mountain Roofing has pioneered the use of thermoplastics (TPO) and has become the exclusive installer of the Pro-Ply single-ply membrane roofing system.
Pro-Ply is a single-ply thermoplastic membrane that was engineered with longevity in mind. It’s lightweight (less than 1/3 pound per square foot), but features a high-strength polyester scrim inner lining for added durability.
And unlike other membranes (which can become brittle and crack), Pro-Ply maintains its elasticity even during the extreme temperature shifts we encounter in New Mexico.
Pro-Ply also features a UL & FM flame retardancy rating (it will not support a flame) and a high level of chemical resistance (including resistance to the micro-organisms which cause mold and mildew). In over 35 years of working with various flat roof systems, we can confidently state that Pro-Ply is simply the best.

Lone Mountain’s Pro-Ply Roofing System is so durable, we can offer a residential Lifetime Warranty on materials. And our warranty is not pro-rated (which means there are no deductions as your roof ages).
